At our Bac Giang facility, spanning 2,500 m², we manage the full production of our core flavonoids: Hesperidin, Naringin, and Rutin. With a raw material intake capacity of 2,500 tons per year, the factory produces up to 450 tons of high-content flavonoid extracts annually. Equipped with Cross-Flow Filtration, Closed-Loop Pneumatic Conveying and Automated Controls,… this site ensures consistent product quality and efficient purification. A unparallel system also enables us to deliver customized formulations tailored to diverse client requirements.
In Thanh Oai, our 1,500 m² facility is dedicated to essential oils and lipid-based natural extracts. With a raw material processing capacity of 300 tons annually, it is optimized for high-value, small-batch extractions. The factory houses advanced systems — including supercritical CO₂ extraction, vacuum distillation, and evaporative units — all aimed at preserving the natural potency of each compound while maintaining batch-to-batch consistency.
