Spanning 2,500 m², our Bac Giang factory serves as the main processing hub, with a processing capacity of 2,500 tons of raw materials annually. This site produces up to 450 tons of finished flavonoid products, including our flagship bioactives such as Naringin, Rutin, and Hesperidin. The facility is equipped with a High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system for rigorous compound analysis and quality assurance, cross-flow filtration systems to optimize separation and purification, and a Nutch filter dryer that ensures consistent high-quality output. To meet customized client needs, the facility also includes a blending line capable of processing up to 2 tons per batch
