Oil and essential oil factory: National Highway 21B, Binh Minh Commune, Thanh Oai District, Hanoi City

Covering an area of 1,500 square meters, Nanovex’s second factory, is at the forefront of the company’s commitment to excellence in the extraction and refinement of essential oils and lipid-based natural extracts. This state-of-the-art facility marks a significant milestone in Nanovex’s expansion, focusing on the production of high-value essential oils to meet the growing demands of both domestic and international markets. At the heart of the Thanh Oai facility is its advanced extraction system, featuring a supercritical CO2 extraction machine configured with four tanks, each with a capacity of 50 liters. This powerful setup allows for a much faster extraction process compared our first factory, with extraction times ranging from just 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the material. The facility also integrates a full suite of technologies including vacuum distillation systems and evaporator distillation units enabling the gentle and precise separation of aromatic and bioactive compounds while preserving their full potency and therapeutic properties.
